Kodi is a political thriller in which actor Dhanush plays a dual role– one is a powerful politician named Kodi and the other is an upright young man named Rishi. The film features actress Trisha Krishnan as Rudra who is the politician and love interest of Kodi and another actress Anupama Parameswaran will be seen as Malathy who likes the Rishi.
Kodi movie story is about a nuclear plant that is coming up near a village,which sets a ball of destruction rolling across the village and the lives of all those involved.
